Lynne Barrass - Founder of Friendly Fred's Tree Services

Friendly Fred’s Tree Services was started in 1987 with husband and wife team Fred and Lynne when their two sons were at school. 

Lynne took the business over to run it on her own in 1997 and later was joined in running the business by her two sons Darren and Shane.

Friendly Fred's Tree Services has been based and operating in Camden since 1987.

Since 1987 Friendly Fred’s has been the leaders of the tree service industry in South West Sydney.

From small trees to the biggest trees, our team have the equipment and training to remove any tree safely.

Tree pruning to reduce the canopy or wins catch area is one of our popular tree services.

Stump Grinding

Stump grinding is common with tree removal to remove eyesore tree stumps.

Hardwood Firewood

All hardwood trees are recycled into hot, slow burning firewood.

Camden Sand and Gravel is owned by Darren Barrass and is a sister company to Friendly Fred’s Tree Service. The company provides quality products to businesses for their landscaping, and earth moving related industries. It is a commercial product business and is not open to the general public.  

Camden Sand and Gravel supplies premium quality landscaping supplies including sand, soils and gravels, including road bases, rotor mills, and aggregates.
