The National Arborists Association is a not-for-profit professional organisation dedicated to raising the standard of tree care and maintenance in Australia.

The Association maintains a minimum qualification requirement for members at Tree Contractor and Arboricultural Consultant level.

Friendly Freds was a founding member of the NAAA. The NAAA is based locally in Sydney and qualifying criteria include:

   •  Business members must have a Arboriculture Trade
       Certificate plus one years post graduate work experience.
   •  Business must carry full Public liability
   •  Business must carry full Workers Compensation Insurance
       for all employees.
